Non-transferability of Server Boosts Once Server Boosts have been activated and assigned to a server, they cannot be transferred to another server under any circumstances. Server Boosts will remain linked to the initial server for the entire contracted period, until their validity expires. 3. Conditions for the validity of Server Boosts When a server receives Server Boosts, the server owner or administrators must ensure that they do not expel or ban the accounts associated with the Server Boosts. In the event that any account benefiting from Server Boosts is expelled or banned, NovaBoost will not be responsible for the loss of the associated benefits, and these will not be refunded or replaced. 4. Duration and expiration of Server Boosts The contracted Server Boosts will have a specific duration depending on the plan purchased. Once the contracted period has expired, Server Boosts will be automatically deactivated and cannot be restored unless a new plan is purchased. 5. Modifications to the Terms of Service NovaBoost reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be notified to users through official channels, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of such changes. 6. Responsibility NovaBoost is not responsible for the mismanagement of Server Boosts by the server owner or administrators. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the permanent loss of Server Boosts without the right to a refund. 7.
